My display broke in just a week, so I shot off an email asking for a replacement screen or my money back. I never got a response, which led me to just buy a brand new phone. Can you please give me a refund for the faulty screen you provided?

"Awesome Fix"
Plato is super professional, really easy to talk to, showed up right on time, and did an awesome job fixing my stuff. My iPhone 11 had both cameras messed up and no lenses, but Plato got it sorted out quickly, and I was back on the road. This is the second time he’s helped me out, and both experiences were top-notch.

"Three Hours Delayed - How About That $40 Fee?"
Three hours late. Didn't get a call from the technician. I tried contacting them, but no reply. Finally, two and a half hours past the scheduled appointment, the tech connects and says they're 25 minutes away. It's a school night at 8:30 PM!

"Fantastic Service!"
Fantastic service! I had a broken screen and managed to book an appointment super quick. They repaired it right in my driveway in under half an hour. I ran into a problem after the fix, and they returned to my place the following day to sort it out. Definitely recommend!

"Missed my appointment, but he made it right!"
The guy didn't show up for my appointment, but he went out of his way the next morning to fix it! He was really sorry and super professional. Spent about 19 minutes with me, and it's been two weeks now—my screen is still working like a charm. I highly recommend this service!

"Super simple and fast"
Really straightforward, speedy, and awesome service. Hardly any interaction with the repair guy. He showed up at my place, I passed him the phone, he headed to his company vehicle to fix it, and just 15 minutes later, my phone was as good as new!
